theadvance is home to students in high school, college and university. For students who are in high school, we have a general event permission form that each student is asked to fill out and return with a parent’s signature. College & University students aren’t required to have this form as they are over the age of 18 but they are encouraged to fill it out anyway to provide us with up-to-date medical information. This form is updated at the beginning of every academic year (September) and is in effect from September through August. If you have any questions about anything on the form, feel free to contact us.
